Hey all, just a quick note to all volunteers past, present, future.

THIRD TRIP
Is full. Woo-hoo! 22 volunteers arrive in Phuket on April 18th.

FOURTH TRIP
Is now open. If you are interested, email mach@phuketproject.org. The dates for the trip will be May 1-14. More information to come, but if you are interested, please let us know.

FAST FACTS

77 volunteers have traveled to Thailand.

260 volunteers have signed up to be a part of the project.

More than 6500 hours of humanpower has been donated.

More than 22000 hours have been spent in thailand

More than 600,000 THB donated and spent in the local Thai communities specifically related to project activities. (approximately 16k USD)

More than 50,000 USD raised through creative fundraising - art shows, music nights, selling stationery, having soup, curling contests, simple calls and emails, and pure hardcore generosity.

Volunteers from London, New York, Glasgow, San Francisco, Seattle, Bangkok, Dubai, Paris, and Chicago.

Two housing projects in Phuket and Khao Lak designed to build more than 75 homes for local Thais.

Two school projects on Kalim and Kamala beach including the rebuilding and repainting of a wall destroyed by the tsunami, and single day arts projects with students.

One boat building project at Baan Nam Khem in Phang Nga province.
